Product description
SMC-999 automatic control leveling instrument is commonly used in various imported and domestic pavers such as ABG, DEMAG, and DYNAPAC;
SMC-999 longitudinal slope adopts electromagnetic induction module and imported Hall device, the product has stable performance and high precision, and its service life is 2 to 3 times that of the potentiometer module longitudinal slope.

Precautions for use
1. Proper installation and calibration
The installation position should be accurate to ensure that the
sensor can accurately detect road conditions. Strict calibration
must be carried out before construction to ensure the accuracy of
measurements.
2. Choose the appropriate benchmark
Select appropriate reference lines or surfaces based on
construction requirements and site conditions.
For example, steel wire ropes can be chosen as benchmarks in
straight sections, while aluminum alloy beams may need to be used
as benchmarks in bends.
3. Regular maintenance and inspection
Timely clean the debris and dirt on the sensor to ensure its normal
operation. Check if the connection lines are loose to avoid signal
transmission failures.
